WHAT IS BARRE FITNESS? The Body Barre technique was created by late German Dancer Lotte Berk in which the focus was to create the elongated, slender body of a dancer for someone with no dance experience.
The Barre Workout uses a series of deep muscle isolation movements that are intended to really get in and fatigue the muscle. After which, the specific muscle group is then stretched out in order to create that perfect “toned” physique.
This method helps regain a youthful posture and is specifically designed to align your knees, neck and back. Anyone can do it regardless of shape or size and the results happen radically, so be prepared to be pleasantly surprised.
